TX Democrat Rep. Crockett Joins CNN To Bash Charlie Kirk On Day Of His Funeral
CNN anchor Dana Bash sat down with Democrat Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett on Sunday where the leftist congresswoman doubled down on her inflammatory rhetoric comparing the MAGA movement to Nazis amid the tragic political assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Bash played Crockett several video clips where she previously called President Trump “an enemy to the United States” and “wannabe Hitler,” asking if she has a personal responsibility to “lower the temperature” so “people who are not well” don’t take her remarks as a cue instigate political violence.
Instead of lowering the temperature, Crockett turned up the dial, claiming the Trump administration doesn’t want people to understand history so they cannot see why the current White House is “so problematic.”
“So, I am using that language because it is accurate language. When we see the consolidation of power. When we see them trying to chill speech of jokesters. When we’re seeing all of this, that is a playbook out of Hitler and I won’t deny it. Like, these are the facts,” she said.
