Activist obama Judge Michael F. Urbanski Does It Again!
(Dixie Drudge) - You might have heard it on the news screeds this week. Lib news outfits are celebrating the latest ruling by Federal Judge Michael F. Urbanski, an Obama appointee with an acticist reputation that shows his über-enthusiasn to do his master’s bidding. Judge urbanski has ruled that it was somehow unconstitutional for Shenandoah County Virginia to restore the name of its schools to Stonewall Jackson High School and Ashby-Lee Elementary through a 14th Amendment contortion.
A little background:
First, Shenandoah County is 85% White, 8.4% Hispanic and ONLY 2.3 % black according to the 2020 Census. Some wokesters got control of the school board because that is what leftists do. The love to force their skewed world-view on normal people, then call it tolerance. They did this by axing the names of two schools that commemorated Virginia and Southern heroes Stonewall Jackson, Turner Ashby, and Robert E. Lee. They did this over the objection of the people of Shenendoah County. This is not Fairfax, Alexandria or any of those other government-supremacist strong holds. The people reacted by voting them out. The new school board voted 5 to 1 to restore the names of the schools just as the public wished. The people used DEMOCRACY to enforce the public will. You know, that thing lib-tards love to preach and lecture about, but only approve of when it suits THEIR purposes. Of course, the media went nutz about it.
Enter the naacp:
They found a student to complain that the school names violated their rights. Then proceeded to sue in federal court. Judge shopping yielded a sympathetic ear in Senior status (semi-retired) Judge urbanski. You can guess the rest.
“The Confederate names were restored with complete awareness of their historic legacy and ongoing discriminatory impact,” Urbanski wrote. “In the court’s view, the affirmative act of reinstating these vestiges of segregation is far more problematic than a passive failure to remove a long-standing name or symbol.”
The judge ordered the board to settle on new school names “on a racially nondiscriminatory basis with all deliberate speed.”

urbanski obviously did not rule on the law. There is no law federal or state that governs what you can or can not name a school. Judges are supposed to rule on law. Federal judges are supposed to rule on federal law. You could name a school after Benedict Arnold. It is in poor taste but it is not illegal. Judges ARE NOT supposed to rule on whether something is in poor taste or on feelings, theirs or anyone else’s. So, using contortions of the 14th Amendment and because of someone’s feelings urbanski has disenfranchised 85, possibly 93.4 percent of Shenendoah County’s citizens and made the 2.3% the new rulers.
Look for this to get bumped up the future docket. The naacp will defend the ruling all the way to the top. Then, we get to see whether John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett rule on their ‘feelings again.

The New York Times printed the following about you:
Those Confederate generals “fought to preserve a political system that enslaved Blacks, and their legacy was used as a tool to fight school desegregation,” added the judge, of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Hopefully, your ridiculous, biased, and “woke” decision will be appealed and overturned. How can a man of your age actually believe the lies that came out of your mouth? Nobody “fought to preserve slavery”, and nobody “fought to end slavery”. Might I convey to you that there were more than 429,000 slaves in the Union during Lincoln’s illegal war (1860 Census), that there were over 300,000 Union soldiers who owned slaves (Truths Of History, by Mildred Lewis Rutherford), and that Lincoln supported the Corwin Amendment which would have forever made it illegal to abolish slavery?
The legacy of Confederate soldiers had nothing whatsoever to do with being “a tool to fight school desegregation”. As the great Alabama Governor George Wallace said, the states should have been allowed to deal with this subject on their own. It was going to happen, but let it happen naturally, not forced down people’s throats with bayonets. It was another case of the U.S. federal (feral) government overstepping its bounds and acting outside the Constitution. We saw what happened in Massachusetts when it was their turn to have forced busing shoved down their throats. Riots in the streets. But we Southerners were just supposed to bend over and take it.
It appears that the 160 years of Yankee indoctrination concerning our history has done its job on you. The fact that you were appointed by Obama speaks volumes. (He was not even eligible to run for president, and set race relations back 100 years in this country). The true accounts of our history have not been taught. Schools are still teaching the garbage that you regurgitated, which has been proven time and again to be false.
Our Confederate ancestors fought an illegal invasion of murderers, looters, arsonists, and rapists in defense of their homes and families. Lincoln illegally invaded the legally seceded states in order to continue collecting excessive and unconstitutional tariffs from them. He stated himself that the war was not about slavery. The fact that we have had monuments erected and schools named for our Confederate heroes speaks of a pride in our Southern heritage that is well placed, and well deserved. Our Confederate ancestors were trying to preserve the principles this once great country was founded upon. What you have done is a slap in the face to descendants of all Confederates. If anyone’s feelings are hurt by having schools named after Confederates, then that is proof that they need some history lessons.
Why all this attacking of Southern heritage, our flags, monuments, and renaming of schools, parks, and streets? Because the South is the last bastion of Christian and constitutional principles and we are in the way of the communists and Muslims who want to destroy this country, exterminate the white race, and remake it with a rewritten history. Look at Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. It’s already happening there. Texas is in trouble due to the Muslim invasion. You are playing right into their hands. The NAACP that pushed for this is nothing but a racist hate group dedicated to the total eradication of anything Southern and Confederate, and that goes for the SPLC as well. We have recently seen how evil and corrupt they are. Nobody with any amount of decency and integrity could allow themselves to be “bed partners” with these evil organizations. The fact that you are carrying water for their evil cause tells us just what you are.
If I come across as being upset, contemptuous, or disrespectful, you are correct on all counts. Contempt is exactly what I feel for black-robed tyrants such as yourself who sit there on the bench and make asinine rulings day after day, month after month, and year after year. It brings to mind the very appropriate quote by Thomas Jefferson:
“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
It is way past time for the bloodletting to commence. You are a disgrace and should be swinging from the highest limb in Virginia.
