(Matt Mitchell) - Which SEC fanbase has suffered the most? I ranked all 16 SEC football fanbases from least miserable to most miserable using a decade of data: total losses, coaching changes, blown preseason expectations, and how much their biggest rival has been living it up. Then I poured it all into the Suffering, Embarrassment, and Commitment Index (the SEC Index) to settle it once and for all.
Georgia, Alabama, Vanderbilt, Missouri, Ole Miss, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, LSU, Florida, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Arkansas, and Auburn all get their turn. Some of these fanbases are doing just fine. Some of them should be on your prayer list.
