HK Edgerton - December 7th, Zephyrhills Christmas Parade
Accompanied by the ladies from the Augusta Jane Evans Chapter 2640 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy that included yourself in a combined unit with the Judah P. Benjamin Camp 2210 Sons of Confederate Veterans including Camp Chaplin, the Honorable Jeff Wolverton advancing the colors, we would make our way through the robust crowd-filled streets in the Annual Zephyrhills Christmas Parade.
All along the parade route it was easy to see that we were a crowd favorite as they clapped, cheered, shouted out the “Rebel Yell” and passed out many hugs along the way.
That was totally clear to those on the Reviewing Stand as I was cutting up with my babies and their families in the crowd as we shouted out the Rebel Yell. And I swear they joined in with us as …
