Ugghh. Native Texan here, but grew up in Arkansas and around the SW. Due to folks' divorce, I had to finish high school in Fairfax County VA. (After that, I beat feet back out west.) When I graduated in 1978, things were already changing fast. But even northern Virginia was still recognizably Southern. Many of my classsmates - typically those whose dads weren't govt bureaucrats or military officers - actually sounded like they were from the South.

Fairfax High teams were the Rebels and Rt 29 was still Lee Highway. The lovely middle-class Vienna neighborhood between Cedar Lane and the Beltway, where most of my friends lived, was still Stonewall Manor. The BLM woke mind virus destroyed all that heritage.

Oh, I don't know, it does represent the communists in congress. And as the majority of Democrats and RINO's in congress are indeed communists it's kinda fitting, it's not in any sense right (no pun intended), but it does depict the majority of congress.
