Why only in a big crime-ridden city? It might just as well start in a small city like Waco, Texas, the point I believe isn't where it will start, but when it will start. The American Citizen is getting fed up with over taxation, free stuff for illegals, business' and corporations gouging the heck out of consumers, drug companies gouging consumers, Insurance companies demanding huge rates and paying little to nothing in claims. FEMA being used to destroy Conservatives by withholding relief funds, Muslim terrorists being elected to public office, our children being groomed by our "educational system". I could go on but what's the point, everyone with 2 brain cells still working understands the state of our country and what needs to be done to fix it.
